Career & Academic Stress/Burnout
When work or school leaves you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, we help you restore balance, build healthy coping skills, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Sleep Difficulties
When anxiety, stress, or life changes keep you from getting restorative sleep, we help uncover the cause and build healthier sleep patterns.
Perinatal Mental Health
As a postpartum nurse, I saw firsthand how deeply the perinatal season can affect a mother beyond what is visible. Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts or OCD, postpartum rage, psychosis, birth trauma, difficulty bonding, breastfeeding or lactation challenges, and unexpected hospital readmissions can leave a mother feeling overwhelmed and unlike herself. Those experiences shaped my desire to create a space where women feel safe speaking honestly without fear, shame, or judgment. Having a perinatal therapist by your side helps concerns get recognized early and treated with compassion, supporting the best possible outcomes for both mom and baby. Through every transition and every new beginning, NurtureNest is here to nurture you through the season.
