Types of Appointments
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: A comprehensive 60-90 minute assessment to understand your history and develop a personalized care plan.
- Follow-up/Maintenance appointments:Â Once a treatment plan is established, we use key touchpoints to ensure your goals are progressing well and that the prescribed medications are appropriate for your care.
- Medication Management: Focused follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatments, and ensure optimal symptom relief.
- Therapy & Support: Evidence-based sessions focusing on coping strategies, identity development, and emotional resilience.
- Specialty Consults: Expert care tailored for perinatal needs, PMDD, adolescent transitions, and hormonal health complexities.
Fee Structure
Initial evaluations typically range from $200–$350, while follow-up medication management or therapy sessions range from $150–$200. Fees vary by provider seniority and complexity of care. Payment is collected securely at the time of service through our patient portal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, we welcome HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, which can often be used for your psychiatric evaluations, therapy visits, and medication management appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Consistency is key to effective care. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee equal to the session cost, as that time was dedicated specifically to your care and journey.
